🚚 Shipping Info

All mats are hand-painted and made to order so please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships.

Once your mat is ready, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping typically takes:

• 1–2 business days for nearby states

• 2–5 business days for states further from Oklahoma

At this time, we only ship within the U.S.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at Contact@HowdyHaven.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to fix the issue quickly and make it right!

❌ Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and we can no longer cancel the order.

If you need to cancel, email us ASAP at Contact@HowdyHaven.com or Text us at (580) 768-4390 and include your order number, Name, and phone number.

Every mat is made just for you, slight variations in paint, design placement, or texture are part of the charm! We do our best to stay true to the design you selected, but each piece is handpainted and unique.
