1. How long will it take to receive my order? 

All mats are handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for production and an additional 2–3 business days for shipping. You’ll receive tracking once it’s on the way! Orders placed after Wednesday would not be delivered until that following Monday at the earliest.

2. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re in the Ardmore, OK area, choose Local Pickup at checkout and use code PICKUP5 to save $5. We’ll contact you to schedule pickup once your mat is ready.

3. Are your mats sealed for outdoor use?
Yes! Each mat is hand-painted and sealed to help protect against light foot traffic and weather exposure. For best results, place them in a covered area like a porch or entryway.

4. Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because each item is handmade to order and we’re a small shop just getting started, we’re currently unable to accept returns or cancellations once production begins.

That said, if something isn’t right with your order, please reach out — we genuinely want you to be happy and will do our best to make it right!

5. Can I request a custom design?

YES!!! custom orders start at $38 depending on the design. Please check out our catalog and choose custom, to review all the information.
